Maybe you're right and they could increase future MC however not with SP appreciation but total SOI increase with relentless CR with ever decreasing issue price. Anyway existing shareholders will never see previous highs from few years ago. Even 2~3c is wishful thinking now. All IMHO. The time will tell.
