I spoke with My broker and they couldn't tell me anything so they transferred me to Computershare and Im barely able to understand the lady's accent, she just said that we didn't meet the required rules for ownership and a check will be sent to us.( dollar conversion sucks as welll )
what really pisses me off is I have held this for over 13 years all for nothing and as soon as something good happens im shafted and the LOT goes from .20 to .31 after the takeover, I've also had to change brokers twice in the last 2 years because they no longer cater for Non-Residents. My original broker Bell Direct always sent a correspondence with any changes that a company has but our current broker doesn't do the same.. Have to move on,as frustrating as it is
