I really hope some of the posts on this thread are simply a case of poor research rather than deliberate misinformation...

They are currently operating ZERO mines. Yes, they own a couple, but last I saw they're not actually doing anything except reviewing them. Their contractors walked out because they couldn't pay them.

With large debt and little income (other than litigation), it seems the only way they are paying their loans is through continual share issues.

However, I am still watching this for a reason - to see if they can somehow pick up the pieces. Maybe they can... but I'd be very cautious of it until there's some evidence to suggest it. Getting full control of the assets is a positive - although the terms of that deal were less than admirable.
