As I see it after recapping some research there are 2 possiblities for an outcome.

1/ They consider the company as not a going concern.

2/ They get back into IO production.


A lot of legal action has occurred recently and ADY looks to be on the front foot.


I blame myself for not keeping abreast of the ANN's with ADY
My holding is around 1% of portfolio bought in earlier this year around current levels.

In short, she's a 10 bagger or a dead bagger.

For me the risk reward leaves me comfortable with my current holdings.

This is a good example where HC does provide a valuable service.
