Now that Downer has put the problems of the past behind it for a couple of years, and is looking like producing repeatably EPS of about 40c and annual divs of 24c FF, is it not now due for a rerating from a PE of about 10 (for a "troubled" or "unreliable" stock) to an average market PE of about 15?
PE of 15 would mean SP of $6 and div yield on that sp of 4% FF.
