    CNN is setting up for a re rating; the MACD and RSI have not made new lows as the share price has (Bullish divergence). We now have the trend line about to be tested this is all being support by soundly based news flows.

    Some targets are:

    (2) 2c
    (3) 2.5c
    (4) 4c
