It's clear now, BTR are now producing as we speak and the market is now going to value that tag 'Producer'. BTR has definitely carried the label 'Explorer' for too long and it's world class assets cannot be ignored. Today we closed at the top of the flag pole and certainly looks like more action to come over the next few days. We only traded just over 1% of our market capital, therefore nothing to read into this from a trader/takeover game, this is definitely a sign of returning market confidence and a revaluation of BTR. Once the dust settles, I hope we are over $2/sh per the analyst valuation recommendations and what I would consider minimum value for myself.
