    More and more projects are being taken on,JV'd and advanced
    A big announcement should come soon with all the irons in the fire

    Once a broker or tip sheet puts it on the radar we'll see a move above where it was 2-3 years ago at 0.65

    This is very undervalued in relation to its peers
