As puntland spudding approaches (and georgia well#2) this will move back towards it previous highs. Georgia disappointment was a bonus for those who want to buy in at a lower price and when the raising went through at 17 cents, this was a good entry point for most. Bandy's last interview was very positive and i expect the positive momnentum to continue over the next month or so
