Can someone please put this guy out of his misery.

A rating is only worth the paper its written on in most casses. Its a rating. Depends on who or where the rating comes from.

SP price influence will see an increase on a number of potential factors. Im not going to name them all. Fundamental, Technical or overall market can influence a re-rating. At present I believe this stock can be rerated at $2 for all holder care. I doubt any re-rating by no matter who will see SP rocket.

If you want to know what a rating is worth.. Look at what Lehman Brothers was rated at pre is collapse and start of the global financial crisis.

No look at where there doing to the EU and their ratings..

Want to know where a stock is heading? Look at everything, fundamental, technical numbers and where you thing they are heading. Take a step back and access risk and your risk. Then look at the world market and its potential influence on SP.
