Hey Monday, I think it may be summed up by the word..."market" i.e. buyers and sellers "vote" about the worth of anything, in this case a stock, and when the equilibrium is reached you have a rating, i.e.price, as a measure of all those votes as to the worth/value of the stock...(year 5 economics) Tip, tread carefully... Mr Market can be ruthless and wrong!!! BTW, this to be good long term prospect IMHO DYOR
