It's the death by a thousand cuts that leave you thinking "it's too cheap ... it's gotta bounce from here ... won't go any lower than that ... long term must go up" attitude that worries me. Until you end up losing even more money holding on to losses.
That sort of thing's Ok for chump change; but can you imagine losing 20% when going large eg. $3m, in one day.
