Historically, how do pre vs post consolidation prices stack up against one another in terms of equal comparison? I mean is it fair to compare RES at 18cps against $1.80 and say this is the same? There are so many factors to consider such as reduced shares on offer, market cap, tighter register, coy being further developed etc...
