Great post FP. IMO Transnet wont sign anything until next year. December '12 at the earliest. They aren't in a hurry.

I pose this question to RES management however.

Currently sitting on 15 million cash reserves which is supposedly more than enough to see us through until funding is secured. How about a 1-2cps dividend payout to shareholders for their loyalty? At 2 cents per share it would only equate to a little over $5 million. It's not like there is any great expenditure on the horizon for the time being so how about RES...I want some EOFY spending money...???
