Transnet is similar to the RTA. They couldn't give a rat for growth, efficiency, employment, etc. that's why it takes so long for anything to happen. I give it the 8 month rule when I expect something to happen. They will probably sit in a lunch room over a coffee and a leg of dog and procrastinate over the deal. Someone will bring a jar of bourbon in and make a decision. Maybe....
