good question rome. my understanding (challenged as it is) is that the lower the cut off grade for a resource the more they are "clutching at straws" so to speak to get a decent resource announced. i don't necessarily think lcy are trying to do that here but is a good point you raised at why they have lowered the cut off grade.
id be interested to here from some of our more learned posters on this.
