Why would you want to get ASIC involved - that would be just what the company needs right now. another distraction with the regulator all over it - and for what - If anyone has any hard evidence that there is any wrongdoing then by all means contact ASIC - but if you are just venting your frustration at a poor share price in a pathetic market, then it's time to get a grip.
