What you're forgetting is the amount of highly prospective land they had at placement and what they acquired subsequent.

Everyone has a long term outlook and clearly the directors do but they can't neglect the short term outlook and the reality is that they have.

I'd expect fair value for the stock to be at least 50c to $1 just on what the company and the management are capable of given their land holdings.

People have every right to be peeved. Other companies with MUCH less potential are fairing a lot better through this. The current share price is ridiculous.
