    All information provided to me is leaning towards formally signing the agreement just prior or just after christmas. Nothing in life is definate, but my contact that has a very large stake in the stock, and is in the industry, is extremely confident that this will take place on the dates as specified above. For all i know, it may never take place, but im in for the win!!!
