the difference in market cap is probably down to the number of shares on issue - FSE is much more of a trader stock than RES and subject to much wilder fluctuations in share price - at its peak RES was worth some $350m, which was i feel just a touch premature. Firestone won't be taken seriously whilst they have as much paper floating around and will also find it virtually impossible to obtain the funding required to make the company a success. Once they have consolidated then we will see, but currently the comparison between the two companies is really a waste of time as you are not comparing like with like.
