I'll be voting No, this is coming across as greed.

TK is on a great salary and should be expected to do his job - CE and FDA is part of 'doing his job'.

I strongly support incentive based packages but not excessive ones.

E.G - Roger Ashton has been given 8m + 8m shares for being part of Rap, plus a $90k/yr for attending board meetings. He simply doesn't need more.

In addition, I'll be voting No to Resolution 2 - Re election of Chair Roger Ashton. He's been there 4.5 yrs so its time for some fresh faces on the board.

Chris N is just a proxy for Dr Porter's (Freeman Road) holdings. As Dr Porter has been correctly provided shares for his valuable contribution in the clinical trials and R&D, the issue of shares to Chris is a double dip.
