Got to say I don't agree. Salaries are not that high. This is a publicly listed company where the CEO gets paid $255,000 + super. Hardly at the top of the scale. Incentives are very reasonable.
Directors fees are well below range of someone in a ASX300 company.
A lot of the existing long term incentives are unlikely to be exercised by the look of things. If you want these Directors to leave, you are not going to attract any talent unless there is something in it for them.
500,000 shares, that you have to pay 43c for is currently out of the money. If the price goes to $1, they make 47c per share ($235,000 each) and RAP gets $860,000 of working capital. Win Win.
They can always lift their salaries and do a Capital Raising instead.
I hope everyone reads the BDO report before voting.
