If you can get a shareholders name who is attending the AGM then they can vote for you as well.

I am holding my vote back until closer to the date to see if anything transpires that may sway my vote. Currently I am underwhelmed with the resolutions presented because it’s not performance based at all. It’s a smash grab by highly interested parties who stand to gain plenty of dollars without delivering as yet.

I know there is plenty there that they will have to pay for ie the options but they will be in the money toot sweet so technically almost free.

Nothing in it for the LT’s at all.
