Thanks Mick, regarding the $2 BL suggested this to me yesterday as well... So he was just throwing it out there... BL receives 24 million performance shares if the takeover is achieved before mid next year or if the company turns over 20 million in revenue. TK preference is for no takeover... Yes it will be up to shareholders to decide whether or not to approve a takeover offer in the future... I believe he said it requires 51% of the register to agree before a takeover is signed off. Top 20 hold a significant chunk.
