Just to clarify regarding the $2 takeover figure thrown around - Brian did mention that he thinks a takeover offer could happen if all approvals come to fruition, however I threw out the $2 and that was not from the Company. Brian basically said that would be nice but it would be up to shareholders to decide.

Pretty much all speculation at this point so don't think that is what the Company is expecting if anything.

I hope that clarifies a bit?
