Medical doctor here. Have been following this company for a while and finally pulled the pin today. Very happy to see an upswing in the financials. Basically was waiting to see the revenue start to trickle in.

But this is a world class idea. So many doctors listen to lungs, but as we get older, our hearing becomes less reliable. Plus, we often miss the subtle noise changes (lack of time, or inexperience etc) that might distinguish a viral upper resp tract infection from a lower bacterial pneumonia etc. Having trained algorithms is just an obvious choice. There will be some traditionalist that are not on-board with this, but hey if it makes our job easier, then I'm sure the majority will love it. Plus, it might reduce the over subscription of antibiotics.
