Was sitting on the beachfront in Hawaii when the USA-FDA debacle hit.....instead of panicking, i thought - ok give it five years more, that was well spent averaging down and increasing holding.
Now times are very exciting - always had confidence in the sector, the disruptive tech, and the passion of company.
Resapp is now in a completely different place to when they were at 60c, a far stronger, more diverse, and more experienced place, with of course many new strings to the (new) bows, and more robust algorithms. In a sector that is now really ready for what resapp has to offer.
It has been an interesting development that Resapp is making ground in emerging and high population regions, especially in Asia. It is quite apparent that the Asia market is more tuned to value, than Western countries where giant corporates status quo and profits are the
primary motivators - a major Chinese telehealth coming on board would be a massive boost.....too late USA, too late Europe.
I have seen some wild and fanciful SP predications, some may be close to the mark, some maybe wishful thinking.....let's face it, no-one can really value potential very accurately; so lets run through a few scenarios, (which are probably just as inaccurate as anyone elses) - but remember SP is determined by shares on offer and MC -
Potentials
Major China telehealth - Current SP x 5
Revenue growth at 50% or more for next 4 quarters Current SP x 5
Other medium/large telehealth providers on board Current SP x 2
Resapp tech defined and accepted as primary diagnosis tool for respiratory problems Current SP x 10
Covid added to suite as a primary means of infection determination SP x 10
Continued devaluation of the Australian Peso....SP x 1.5
Any of these multipliers can drop at any time. More than one multipliers could occur in a short timeframe.
With a current MC of AUS $m 65,a 10 x increase of SP will be, obviously AUS$m 650 - starting to get interesting, and certainly in the realm of Resapp being too big for current management, and the suitors will be auctioning for a t/o - and that is at todays valuation only 80c / share. So we can add another multiplier, t/o target - current sp x 5 - bringing this to $4 / share, which is getting close to my post of a month ago, that a realistic t/o price would be in the region of $5. That in itself should make many LT holders happy.
So that is Ports perspective of where the value of the company will be
within 2 years.
So big question......who would really love to own the tech, and the science behind the tech? I know my own answer, but let's open that up for discussion.
