I am trying to figure out the end game… does he expect a capital return after the company is wound up? If so, why didnt he spend a little more money to head off threat of Macca or someone else buying shares to block wind up. Will there be any cash to return, especially if Qld Govt or others start suing BCS? What is the downside? He loses $47K & he’s a bankrupt… not a major drama if he lives at home with his ma & pa & owns very little assets in his own right…
