Blythefan, if BTRL withdraw the offer they can only do so in respect of those holders who have not yet accepted. Once an offer is accepted (and that acceptance has been communicated to the offeror) there is a binding agreement. The only circumstances in which BTRL could withdraw from an agreement with any BCS holder who has accepted would be if the original offer (or the acceptance) was conditional and the conditions weren't complied with. Reading the post by Downunderminer I can't see any conditions attached to the offer.
