Byrnes wants to restructure Brisc units 10 to 1. This will still bankrupt many of the holders. Many of the holders that bought at the lowest level, so was very easy to buy a 5 million dolloar debt that would then become a 500k debt, still enough to bankrupt them.

The majority of holders that bought at those low levels bought using online brokers that provided no warning about the debt, and therefore will not be forced to pay Brisc anything other than their initial investment.

Byrnes solution isn't a solution that will benifit the holders....
