they pay .00001c per unit .
they need to pay consideration to make a deal legal .
thats $10-00 per million.
I know that they have bought about 10% of the units on issue and have several commitments to purchase from sellers .
Mac Bank clearly will not be in the market , they only bought to build a blocking stake and there is all this Hu Hah about stoping them from voting there stock .Ouch $31mil and they dont get to vote ..
Anyway it seems that there is no other buyer.
