From memory *with respect to BNB) any D2E will not occur until December 2009. So obviously at the share price at this time. It will be interesting if this aspect of any D2E swap will be "replicated" with respect to CNP. More so if the debt extension is 2-3 years. That's a lot of time for a share price recovery and would mean substantially less value will be destroyed by a D2E Swap.
