HI Muad'Dib / others - I'm new to the ATC story, but saw Iggy present in Singapore recently and its sparked my interest.
One issue I'm struggling with at the moment is the corporate structure - can you confirm if I have the following correct;
Altech Batteries (ATC) directly owns 56.25% of the Cerenergy JV. Fraunhofer IKTS own 25% and Altech Advanced Materials AG (AAM) owns 18.75%
But from what I can see, Altech Batteries (ATC) owns 14.1% of AAM, giving ATC an effective interest of 56.25 + (14.1% * 18.75%) = 58.9% ownership of the Cerenergy JV
Similarly ATC owns 75% of the Silumina Anodes business, with AAM owning the other 25%, giving ATC a total effective ownership of 78.5%
Is this correct? ie does ATC have a 14% interest in AAM (with the rest owned by german public and a Private Equity firm (Deutsche Balaton AG)
