    AAM MC = AUD122m
    ATC MC = AUD164m

    ATC holds 56.25% of Cerenergy, AAM holds 18.75%
    ATC holds 75% of Silumina Anodes, AAM holds 25%
    ATC holds 100% of the Johor project, AAM holds nil.

    ATC equivalent MC = 3 x 122 = AUD366m (excluding the value of the Johor assets)
    AAM is thinly traded but the Germans clearly are valuing it a lot more. If that remains the case, at some point larger European investors who want in will buy on the ASX ........
