From what I gathered the Casino ombudsman works alongside the Casino.
I was hardly going to write a letter as I couldn't see much point as I lived in Victoria.
I ended up with nothing and vowed never to gamble at Darwin Casino again. Beware they are shifty and corrupt. What incensed me more is they awarded the money to some indigenous women whom they appeared to know well.
The Casino said I should remember all chips I put down but I play cloise to 26 chips per spin and alternate numbers. How the hell can I do that but I knew this indigenous women had only played one chip!!!!!
