It looks to me like Trilogy is part of something called "Family Tree" a private family sort of set up.

No I don't think the sale had anything to do with the current Target lease's.

I was hoping to see if it did involve any of the nearby leases around Darwin. Obviously production was very low, but 2,400 acres in Howard County could be worth a lot of money, if you look at some of the deals that have happened there.
