Nobody cares whether they can get the points or not. I know they rarely admit their own mistakes. I do hope those are merely mistakes not their real intention. Their lengthy debates are always built on research background and IFs. They ignore the distance between research and realities. They attempt to minimize risks and possible consequences. Those one sided information are always misleading and deceptive. IF PBT2 failed, this investment would be totally a failure. IF PBT2 succeeded, many people could be relieved. I hope so.
