Its hard to admit I know but the cold hard truth has come to bear - the resources boom has seen its peak and as such it must be accepted that most SP's have been overvalued.

In order to objectively analyse where best to put future investments, you owe it to yourself to research what are the future boom industries. And you'll inevitably come up with agriculture. Its a tricky sector characterised by few quality stocks and few investment opportunities. The smart money is moving to agricultural land in particular as safehaven. There's not likely to be many appreciating assets in the unfolding liquidity drying economic environment.

Don't keep the blinkers on! This is real. Global food stocks are now less than 45 days of consumption and that is the lowest recorded stocks since recording began in 1960. Everything that farmers need to grow crops will be applied in excess now there are high prices and attractive profitabilities to strive for. Fertilizer rates and herbicides rates will increase significantly.
