The XST estimate is at the optimistic end of the spectrum and a "potential resource". If your talking "potential resource" the offshore permit holding Lambouka was originally touted as containing 1 Billion Barrels.

In the meantime, someone has been feeding stock from off screen to buyers since the last announcement.
In the last 2 months:
Approx 11,500,000 shares traded at .09 or below.
In the last 2 days:
Approx 9,200,000 shares traded.
That is a huge increase in volume and no raise in SP.

Definitely ADX worth watching, yet I'm going to wait until the drill bit is spinning before I jump onboard as someone wants out just as all seems to be coming together.
