I agree with this statement. I don't actually hold any oa's but they definitely have a longer term picture attached to them currently, hence the premium.
I do think you could still trade them without a view to conversion however you'd have to have a longer time frame of 9-24 months approx.
You are paying a fair premium for this at this stage of the game though. In terms of % particularly quite hefty.
