I would say there is a bit of opportunistic behaviour on behalf of ultium @peejayhercules . Whether there is a case for plagiarism or use of IP / copyright infringement who knows. Either way ultium will have a hard time getting their ducks in a row to make a good go of this thing. I would say that a few of the 6 developments that they note negotiations have already started with will have some link to positions that the individuals may hold on current or future body corps.

LPE have made their submission against the license. Probably best for them to put it out of their minds, not get side tracked and just focus on the continued scaling of their pipeline. The strong companies will survive and the weak will flounder along and take a tiny proportion of the available market.
