Unfortunately I have only a rather unhelpful answer. It depends how soft the ground is. Clay will be quick, quartz will be very slow. Whether you have a diamond drill (slow, and unlikely) or RAB, how heavy the track mounted rig is to provide down-pressure on the drill, what angle you're drilling into the ground. ........ how long is a piece of string?
