I say management is 'demonstrated' in every little thing a company does.

An ethic based around respect and gratitude for where they are in life and don't take it for granted....or their shareholder base.
They are smart people. They make connections. They know it all matters...the big stuff...the small stuff.
People matter...on all levels.

Its so simple...why do so many companies not get that?
