This is a summary.

Ropren as used in the clinical trials and all subsequent human trials in
Russia is delivered in the form of drops - either orally or nasally.
All the liver disease trials involved oral delivery. Nasal delivery has
been used for some of the neurodegenerative disorder trials.

Only the dropper format will be available for sale in Russia when the
manufacturing licence comes through.

The Australian trials at Swinburne used small capsules containing the
same substance used in the drops. The encapsulation was done in
Australia by Catalynt (formerly Cardinal Health).

We have an injectable form developed. That was a challenging process
because the injectable form needed to be water soluble and Ropren is oil
soluble. But the work has been done. This was developed at the request
of leading neurologists after the successful alzheimer's trials. We are
currently doing toxicity trials on this form.

We have also developed a liposomal format and that is also undergoing
trials. The advantage of liposomal form is that less is lost in the
digestive system. There are also economic advantages. It means using
potentially one or two orders of magnitude less Ropren for the same
effect. But it is still undergoing trials.

Finally, we have developed a nanoparticle format. We have said nothing
more about this beyond the fact that it has been developed and is
undergoing trials.
