NWE/MIN Lockyer deep is pretty dry gas with only small condy
ce1 montney is liquids rich with 10x more condy which sells at a much higher price than dry gas, and so will double cash flow

if 80% of a big dry gas project =$400m, whats 100% of ce1 big liquids-rich montney worth?
