The analyst report issued by Nomura is the most comprehesive report I have read in some time and should be read and re-read by all longterm PRR investors,especially those few on HC that do nothing but hype up everything they can and shout down those with more moderate or opposing views.
Everything is clearly set out, and should leave one in no doubt about the path that PRR will follow to achieve it's final goal
A BUY reccomendation with a fair value of 31cps, will hopefully give an upward momentum to the SP, with todays' close of 18c being a support level
Nomura has worldwide coverage which will afford PRR more exposure
