Have you had a look at the weekly chart and the recent higher peak & higher trough just formed in the last few weeks. Also, if PRR bounces of .175 strongly now and forms a higher high than the most recent high, with increasing volume ( on the weekly) then I am convinced the medium term trend has changed.
Although, I am convinced of that now ( I posted this earlier this morning).
But good luck . And I understand, some people have more conservative entry requirements than others.
