    On the subject of shares on issue, at the end of FY21, TBA had 547,568,310 shares on issue. Today they have 834,583,004!

    To put this another way, the directors have sold off a 34% stake in the company in the past in the past 12 months. Ask yourselves, do you think long term holders have received good value from these transactions??
