I have to say it's a compelling buy at these levels.Growth stocks are making a come back. Think about all the talk of rising interesting rates. Do you really think that's going to happen? Of course it won't, well not significantly. 1-2 % increase is no problem. There's too much govt debt around for central banks to increase it much more. Inflation eats away the debt so lower rates are good for governments.Now is the time to buy growth stocks like FZO.
