It would be foolish to ever say with any stock that anything is a sure thing. It isn't. It is about probabilities.

And with the forrestry permit I would have to say it is 99.9999% chance of being approved, as for those in the know who have followed this stock this is more beaucratic process as their is not foresty issues with Tabalong given its location.

Hence, I will say IMO it is about WHEN and NOT IF...WHEN is the risk from an opportunity cost perspective but 100 days given as the standard so I believe news is imminent (ie within next 6 weeks at the latest).

I wish I could buy more at 14/14.5 but can't as have full quota allocated for this. But for others who like boring less low risk specs (at these levels) than this is one for you as doubling your money at these levels with Tabalong approval or coal acquisition is very plausible.
